The WYD Seoul 2027 Local Organizing Committee (LOC) is calling for hymns that will be used not only for WYD Seoul 2027 but also in general liturgical settings. We warmly invite young and talented composers who are passionate about Catholic liturgical music and eager to share faith, hope, and love with youth from all over the world at this joyful celebration to join us.

1. Eligibility: Anyone, in Korea or abroad

2. Submission Period: July 1, 2025 to May 31, 2026

3. Files to Submit: Sheet music, soundtrack, and agreement (download from website)

4. Submissions:

• must be suitable for liturgical use
• are not restricted to any length or instrumentation
• should be both artistically excellent and easy for youth around the world to sing
• can be monophonic or polyphonic
• should be usable in Korean and Latin
